Photo & Video Release

Newark Naz reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at any event sponsored by Newark Naz, without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. Newark Naz may use the photograph/video in publications or other media material produced, used or contracted by Newark Naz including but not limited to: brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, etc.

To ensure the privacy of individuals and children, images will not be identified using full names or personal identifying information without written approval from the photographed subject, parent or legal guardian.

A person attending a Newark Naz event who does not wish to have their image recorded for distribution should make their wishes known to the photographer, and/or the event organizers, and/or contact Newark Naz at 740.344.2651 or in writing by emailing us at info@newarknaz.org of his/her intentions and include a photograph. Newark Naz will use the photo for identification purposes and will hold it in confidence. All Kid City and Teen events attendee’s parents/guardians will be specifically asked and an “opt-out form” will be provided for your completion, if requested. Photos and videos that allow specific identification of children and/or teens will not be used unless we have received parent or guardian permission.

By participating in a Newark Naz event or by failing to notify Newark Naz of your desire to not have your photograph used by Newark Naz, you are agreeing to release, defend, hold harmless and indemnify Newark Naz from any and all claims involving the use of your picture or likeness.

Any person or organization not affiliated with Newark Naz may not use, copy, alter or modify Newark Naz photographs, graphics, videography or other, similar reproductions or recordings without the advance written permission of an authorized designee from Newark Naz.

“Newark Naz” includes, but is not limited to events at all of our campuses: Williams St, Real Life, and The Firehouse.
